Our history shows that we have taken on franchise concerns from both a legal and mercantile position which helped members stay in business. We have had two additional franchisee representative organizations (PFOA-MS and PFOA-MC) in place since 2009 to aid in franchisee-franchisor negotiations.

 

POA has a top 100 legal firm on retainer for advice and counsel on topics such as employment, contract review, business transactions and real estate as well as franchise representation.

 

Additionally, POA has also helped members rehabilitate controlled substance purchasing issues and solve regulatory problems.

 

We participate in a joint venture with like-minded organizations to enter into the PBM market. This allows members to pursue local employers and school boards, setting health care for their own businesses and more.
