Looking to improve member service and increase our membership, PFOA has added two new members to the staff.

Richard Macaluso has accepted a position as Sales Consultant. His main duties will be helping our members choose programs and services that best suit their needs. Richard will additionally bring PFOA’s message to the field to attract new membership. Richard is an industry veteran working with independent pharmacies for thirty nine years. He has worked with McKesson Drug, IPC, Associated Pharmacies Incorporated and most recently with American Associated Pharmacies.

Jamie Wilbanks with be joining PFOA as our Inside sales person. Jamie has 10 years with API and American Associated Pharmacies. Members who have dealt with Jamie in the past as well as her co-workers always appreciated Jamie’s ability to deliver top quality service. She will be a great addition to our staff and one which our members will appreciate in terms of service, knowledge and experience she brings to the position. We have great opportunities ahead of us. Jamie and Richard will help us take full advantage of these opportunities. Please join me in welcoming them to the PFOA family.
